Hawa Mahal:
Palace of Winds adjoins the outside of the palace wall and built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh.The Hawa Mahal is a remarkable structure which overlooks one of the main streets and also provide some excellent views of the city.

City Palace:
It is the home of the erstwhile royal family. The City Palace complex is the most important landmark with its numerous outbuildings, courtyards, impressive gateways and temples. The palace houses the seven storeyed Chandra mahal, Mubarak mahal, Diwan- i-Am, Diwan- i- Khas.

Jantar Mantar:
It is one of the major attraction of Rajasthan which was buit by Sawai Jai Singh and one of the five observatories.A collection of complex astronomical instruments chiselled out of stone most of which continue to provide fairly accurate information to this day - is the highest of the observatory.

Amer Fort:
The fort was built up in the 16th centuray by Raja Man Singh, it sprawls on the hillside. Built in red sandstone and white marble, the palace complex has some very interesting apartments, the likes of which are not to be found anywhere else in the country. Jai Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Niwas, Ganesh Pol are some of the prominent areas of interest.

Samoda:
40 Km to the north is the popular Samoda with its fairytale palace that has some of the most exquisite mirror work and frescoes. the ornate interiors are a fine examole of the Rajput Haveli architecture.
